Our beautiful 3 bedroom villa is situated in the prestigious community of Glenbrook.
Located in Clermont, our villa is set in an ideal location on the Highway 27 just one mile north of the Highway 192 and with-in 6 miles of Walt Disney World.
The single storey town home itself is big enough for a large family, with three good sized bedrooms and lots of living space, all air conditioned and furnished to a luxurious Gold standard.
You'll be able to relax around our large private pool, but should you wish to cool off, you can go inside the villa where all the rooms are kept at a cool and constant temperature. Alternately, just lie back and relax in our superb spa. Please note, the photographs of our pool area where taken a number of years ago and the small hedge showing in the pictures is now fully grown, giving the whole pool deck area a high level of privacy.
If you like a round of Golf you'll be ideally positioned staying at our villa. There are over 20 courses to be found within a 20 mile radius including the award winning Southern Dunes, Highlands Reserve and the Greg Norman designed Champions Gate courses.
For those who enjoy a more active holiday, Walt Disney World and many of Orlando's world famous attractions are only 10-30 minutes away by car. Alternatively if you prefer a little retail therapy, Orlando is home to a large number of malls and retail outlets including Mall at Millenia, Osceola Square Mall, Belz Factory Outlet, Belz Designer Outlet Center, Downtown Disney Marketplace, Church Street Exchange, Market Street at Celebration, West Oaks Mall and Orlando Fashion Square Mall.
On site facilities at Glenbrook include a fantastic clubhouse with a games room, media room and gym, various sports courts and a large communal pool. Located just a short distance from the front gates you'll find all the essential amenities including a variety of shops, bars, restaurants, bank, petrol station, a Super Wal-Mart and Walgreens.

Our villa has a large open plan seating area called the Family room. It contains two large luxurious sofas (one of which can easily be pulled out and converted into a Double sized bed), allowing the whole family to sit down together at the end of an action packed day. French Patio doors give direct access to the pool deck as well as providing a great view out and lots of natural light in. There is also a ceiling fan to ensure that the room stays cool as you relax.
To help keep everyone entertained there is a large 32" Television with cable TV, a DVD system, VCR player, CD player and a PlayStation2 games machine.
The large modern fully fitted kitchen comes complete with every modern convenience, including a cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, automatic ice machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine.
Should you wish to do any laundry, we have a washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board located in the laundry cupboard. All bed linen and towels are provided for your needs.
The Kitchen has a telephone from which all locals calls are FREE and all other calls can be paid for using most telephone cards (sold in most large retail stores).
The villa has two dining areas, the dining room and the breakfast Nook. The dining room is located centrally in the house between the Family room and the kitchen. It contains a large modern glass topped table and six chairs, and is ideal for both formal and informal meals.
The breakfast nook is located at the very front of the villa and is part of the kitchen area. It contains a modern glass topped table and four chairs. A large bay window gives a great view out and lets lots of natural light into this part of the villa.
The villa contains three large bedrooms, allowing up to 6 adults to sleep comfortably. One of the bedrooms is a master suite, one is a double and the third is a twin.
The luxurious master suite looks out over the rear of the villa and has a fabulous King sized bed, television with cable TV, cooling ceiling fan, hairdryer, and clock radio. There is also a fantastic en-suite bathroom which comes complete with a roman tub/bath, a huge walk-in Shower, separate toilet, his 'n' hers basins and a large vanity mirror, whilst there is no shortage of storage space with a large walk-in closet.
The second and third bedrooms are located next to each other of there own hallway. Bedroom two has a double sized bed and bedroom three has two single beds. Both rooms have ample storage space provided by large built-in closets and drawers, and also each have their own television with cable TV.
The homes second bathroom is conveniently located directly next to these two bedrooms and contains a bath / shower unit. All the bedding is provided and the beds are made with clean bedding before your arrival. Extra bedding is provided should you need it.
The villa has air-conditioning throughout, so will remain at a consistent cool temperature that will make you feel comfortable even if the temperatures are on the up and up outside, and will also help towards giving you a good nights sleep.
Should additional bed space be required, one of the sofas in the Family room can easily be converted into a double sized bed.
Our villa has its own private Pool and Spa. It is surrounded by a patio and is furnished with chairs, a table, and beach beds which allows you to just lie back, relax and enjoy the Florida sun. The decking area is very private being surrounded by a 6ft hedge (the photographs of our pool area where taken a number of years ago and the small hedge showing in the pictures is now fully grown).
If you find the pool is a little cool for your liking, it can be fully heated at an additional daily charge (recommended outside the summer months). The pool deck is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean and the wildlife out, and it does not affect your tan in any way. The pool is serviced weekly so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in, and there are are pool toys to keep the children entertained.
The luxurious raised Spa is a great way to relax and is able to accommodate up to four people at once. Not a bad way to discuss tomorrows adventures!
For peace of mind should young children be staying at the villa, a pool safety fence is available which takes only minutes to put in place.
Please Note - If you require Pool Heating during your stay, it must be booked for a minimum period of three consecutive days.
Our Management Company in Florida maintains the villa to the highest of standards both internally and externally. They will be available to sort out any problems during office hours and deal with emergencies 24 hours a day.
The management company are able to provide tickets for most attractions as well as other services that include greet and meet at Orlando airport, Mid Stay Cleaning and Welcome Packs. Details and prices of these can be provided on application.
